it's agents, personalities, and any other
contacts related directly or indirectly assume no information for the use or
misuse of the information displayed on this website or broadcast over the air.
And will assume no liability for any loss either business, financial, equipment,
or any other medium implied or not.
Any opinions expressed on the air are simply that. Some people depicted on our
shows are simply parodies or fictitious characters. Any similarity is purely
coincidental. If anything offends you,
change the channel. All third party links or commercials broadcast over the air
are copyrights and the responsibilities of their respective owners. It is also
recommended that you read the next section concerning advertising, as those
policies exist across the board for the entire operation also.

Advertising
on the Air
Please take the time to read the
following policies. It is required that you read and understand the following
before taking part in any advertising:
EveningStormTM
Radio offers
advertising on the air, but not on the website itself. Banner space or links
will be limited to local area businesses only. All advertising, in
accordance wtih policies, will
be broadcast on the air and internet. No printed matter or links will be produced. All
advertising, whether free or paid, is subject to
EveningStormTM
Radio's discretion. This
station reserves the right to refuse any and all advertising at it's pleasure
and to suspend any free advertising offered at any time. Any ad time that is
purchased will be fulfilled as ordered.
It is also noteworthy that
EveningStormTM
Radio is now broadcasting on the AM frequency in our local area. Your ad will
run on both internet and terrestrial radio broadcasts.
During any periods
that
EveningStormTM
Radio offers free ad time, all policies are in full force with the
exception that the free advertising can be halted at any time without the
customer's consent.
Under no
circumstances will any ad be played on the air that is defamatory, racist,
pornographic, vulgar, or considered unethical according to the moral values of
this station. At times, this station broadcasts certain program matter that may
be considered defamatory to some, but not to us. However, there is a limit and
that limit will remain firm.
Pre-Recorded Commercials
Your commercial
must be limited to 30 seconds and must be in .wav or .mp3 format. No other
formats will be accepted. It should be created in at least 44 kHz minimum sample
rate in order to keep it clear on the air. Please see the next section in regard
to pre-recorded/live
commercials.
Live Commercials
As of Feb 28, 2003, EveningStormTM
Radio will no longer offer live commercials. All
commercial will be pre-recorded by the advertiser
themselves. If you require a custom commercial,

for rates.
Local Ads
If you are the owner of a local business only, you
may place a small text or banner ad on the
EveningStormTM
Radio web site's
local's page. The size of the banner must meet the
template's standard as below. It should be exactly the
same size. You can save this image to your disk and create
your ad from the template. The file size should not exceed
25 kilobytes. To request banner space, click the link at
the bottom of the page, after you have read and understood
all policies on this page! On air policies apply to print
ads as well. As of this date, all local ads are free. We
reserve the right to limit the amount of ads stored on
this site. All policies are subject to change.
The customer has
the right to revoke or amend the advertising at any time by notifying this
office via email.
It must be stressed
that there are no guarantees implied concerning the number of listeners, nor the
effectiveness of the advertising. Internet radio is still somewhat new and has
not gained the popularity that it deserves as of yet. However, we believe that
this will change. Our AM Broadcast is no exception. There are no guarantees.
